This page is designed to walk your donors through how to use the recurring donations feature, so they have the confidence to set up their own donation subscription.<\/p>\n<p>If you want to share this information with your donors and potential donors, you could share the link to this page or use the <a href=\"https:\/\/d.wildapricot.net\/docs\/infographics\/donors-guide-to-recurring-donations-3.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">downloadable PDF version<\/a> included above. Fill out the donation form.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>When you visit the organization\u2019s donation form, you\u2019ll see information fields you may need to fill in, including name, email address, phone number etc.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Select how frequently you want to donate.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If the organization you\u2019re donating to has chosen to enable recurring donations, you\u2019ll also see check boxes next to frequency options that look like this:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"Recurring donations - form with frequency\" src=\"https:\/\/www.wildapricot.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/recurring-donations---form-with-frequency2a4343dc73a8427fbfc97af9205b1a74.png?v=0\" alt=\"Recurring donations - form with frequency\" data-displaymode=\"Original\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The frequency options you see will depend on what the organization has chosen, but they might include <strong>Monthly<\/strong>, <strong>Quarterly<\/strong>, <strong>Semi-Annually<\/strong> or <strong>Annually<\/strong>, as well as <strong>One-time<\/strong>, for making a single donation.<\/p>\n<p>To sign up for recurring donations, you just need to check the option for your chosen frequency. For example, if you select <strong>Semi-annually<\/strong>, every six months the amount of money you entered will be automatically paid from the card you entered the details of.<\/p>\n<h4>3.\u00a0<strong>Click the Pay button.<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>When you\u2019ve finished filling in the form, including entering your payment card details, click <strong>Pay<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h4>4.\u00a0<strong>Get your receipt.<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>It\u2019s that easy! Once your donation has been successfully processed, you\u2019ll receive an email receipt. You don\u2019t need to confirm or re-enter any details each time you donate \u2013 the system will do it all for you.<\/p>\n<h3>Do I choose how much I donate?<\/h3>\n<p>Yes. The amount you choose to give for your original donation will be the amount that is taken for each recurring donation afterwards.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"Recurring donations amount box\" src=\"https:\/\/www.wildapricot.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/recurring-donations-amount-box.png?v=0\" alt=\"Recurring donations amount box\" data-displaymode=\"Original\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>When will my donation be taken from my account?<\/h3>\n<p>Your future donations will be taken from your account on the same day of the month as your original donation, at the frequency you specified. To see when your next donation will be made, follow the instructions under the next point.<\/p>\n<h3>How do I view my recurring donations?<\/h3>\n<p>To view your donations, log in to your account and go to your profile. Follow the instructions above for viewing your donation subscription and click the<strong> Stop<\/strong> button to cancel that recurring donation.<\/p>\n<h3>How can I change the amount I donate or the frequency I\u2019m donating?<\/h3>\n<p>To make changes your recurring donation, you\u2019ll need to contact the organization you\u2019re donating to.
